Its framework gives reflection a structure without prescribing what should be found: spaces for intention, self-inquiry, ritual, pattern recognition and integration, with orientation thresholds, release and integration pages, spaces for scripting, gratitude and affirmations, plus dateless double-page entries with focus topics.
680 pages (340 sheets) at A5, about 8.3" x 5.9" (21 x 15 cm), in a black linen hardcover with gold foil, sewn binding, FSC certified 100gsm matte almond paper, champagne gold page edges and soy based inks. This is Edition III. The beige linen edition is identical inside.
